Step 1 : Initial Call
Your experience starts with a quick, informative call. We’ll ask about your goals, gather details about your property, and discuss your budget to see if Trace is the right fit. From there, we’ll schedule you for your On-Sit Consultation with the right team member for the job.
Step 2 : On-Site Consultation
We’ll meet you on-site to walk the property, discuss your needs, and take measurements. This is a chance to get expert input, share ideas, and review any existing issues or goals. You’ll be talking with experienced professionals who know what works and can spot opportunities you may not have considered.
Step 3 : Design & Quote (if needed)
Depending on the size and complexity of your project a design may be required. A $500 design investment gets you a detailed, realistic rendering of your property, built in-house. Once approved, we’ll present a quote and review agreement options. Maintenance quotes typically follow within 7–10 days of your site visit. We’ll book a follow-up meeting right away to review everything together and stay on track.
Step 4 : Project Kickoff
Once you approve your quote and submit a 30% deposit, we’ll schedule your job and conduct a walkthrough to confirm materials and scope. Our foreman and crew will be introduced on day one, and your point of contact will check in regularly throughout the project.
Step 5 : Final Walkthrough
At completion, we’ll walk the site with you to confirm everything meets your expectations. You’ll receive care instructions (if applicable) and your final invoice. We also invite your feedback so we can continue to improve and request a review if we’ve earned it.
Step 6 : Ongoing Maintenance
If you’re a maintenance client, you’ll receive consistent scheduling, quarterly Care calls, and the same dedicated team throughout the year. You’ll always know who to call, when your services are scheduled, and what’s coming next.
